With 3 showhomes on offer and prices starting at only €180,000 for a fully finished home, NOW is the perfect time to buy!

We attended the First Time Buyers Seminar held by the Galway Independent in association with A.I.B on Wednesday the 26^th of May at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Galway.

A great crowd turned out to view the properties on offer and listen to words of wisdom from solicitors, auctioneers and mortgage advisors. The evening was a great success and pictures from the event will appear in the Galway Independent on the 2^nd of June.

It was a positive sign that confidence appears to be returning to the market. We at Callanan & Walsh fully understand the purchase of your new home is a daunting task. That is why we try to make the buying process a bit easier for you.

We are available to help you in anyway we can by advising on where to go for finance or recommending a solicitor to deal with the sale. Once you have decided to buy from us we will be there to make sure you get the most out of your allowances and will offer our advice on the best and most energy efficient way to run your new home. After the keys have been handed over we are still there to address any issues that may arise.
